I would enthusiastically recommend this company. We contacted them regarding replacement of our furnace and air conditioner and a representative came to our home the following day. Derrick was knowledgeable and patient. He carefully explained our options and seemed very concerned that we understood the pros and cons of our various choices. There was absolutely no pressure. We had the sense that his major concern was that we were comfortable with the process and happy with our selection. The installation was as easy as Darak, Derrick and Austin could make it. They were professional, knowledgeable and as minimally disruptive of our lives as possible. We love our Daikon system, and we love that Derrick followed up to check our system and our satisfaction. The entire process was a breath of fresh air compared to most transactions today. They truly want customers to be satisfied throughout the entire process and happy with the purchase. Derek and his team were great. Installation flawless. It was nice to finally experience quality customer service again.The recommendation of a Daikin unit was spot on for our house.We are amazed with the units heat and air in our house, so far. Great work! We have them do annual maintenance. Unlike others we have used, they do not try to inflate their income by recommending equipment or upgrades we clearly do not need. They are prompt, clean up after themselves, and leave everything in good order. The annual maintenance means we can get quick service if we ever have an unexpected problem. Read Less
